Table Top Tuesday at Marty's so as usual I am late!!! I am calling this a tabletop! Don't ya just love to cheat (it is NOT a table is it)?? This rooster and canister set is on top of my kitchen window. It makes me smile with its cheerfulness.
He is an old antique. Makes me think of the movie that I think was called Rock a doodle or something like that?????
This is not the view out of that window--but out of my downstairs window--so much flowering going on. In the very back you can see my wild flowers just starting to bloom!! Such a nice time of the year , but nooooooooooot for alergies!! Can't win, can I??
Oh I think this qualifies perfectly. Any surface where you can creat a vignette is a table top. I LOVE your canister set and the rooster. What a great display to have by the window. Both are perfect. The flowers are stunning. I would love to be able to look outside and see such a beautiful sight. Here in the desert that really doesn't happen. Thanks so much for joining the party. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea, to set pretty canisters and your rooster atop the window! I like that it adds a special touch in an unexpected place. Very cheery!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments! I like your vignette on your window, how cute is that? Very nice looking Rooster too! I really love the view out of that window though! Your yard in blooming beautifully! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love what you did with the canisters and the rooster. Your flowers in your back yard are to die for, I remember those days when I would already have beautiful flowers blooming like that. Last weeks vignette was also very beautiful, the red just made you want to smile.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.

Hi Kim! I do believe if you can poke stuff on top of it - it qualifies! I love this area above your window and love what you've put up there! Now I'm a Rooster gal and have fallen in love with your olden one! I know what you mean about allergies! I'm suffering right now too! :)

I love your rooster! I was lucky enough to hit the prime allergy season in Florida and again when I got back to Illinois. How is that for lucky?
