Well, my baby has officially left the nest. He moved out most of his remaining things this weekend. Notice I say most.....do they ever take ALL of their things?.....I don't think so.
Now all of my children are out on their own! It is actually a wonderful feeling to see them all out on their own and making lives of their own. I love to see how God leads and provides for each one. YUP, a good feeling.
Wow! Mine youngest started 3rd grade today and I was so sad, I can't imagine them all on their own! It must be rewarding to see them all fly o their own!
ReplyDeleteWhat a handsome young man. I'm sure you're so proud of him! I think we all leave a bit of ourselves behind when we leave home!

My best wishes for your handsome son!! I'll be thinking of you as your nest has emptied out! Now it's time for you to have some sweet times for you! :)

I'm with you Kim.. I love the feeling of my children leaving the nest. I LOVE my time with Randy. Colt is off to University, Riley is out on his own, Brittany has been on her own now for 3 years... and no chance of moving back LOL
ReplyDeleteThey tell me they will all come back, my problem is now that we live in our little cottage, there is NO ROOM. Smart I say lol
Love your fur babies, love that little squirrel with no tail. I wonder what happened?
33 years married and still in love... me too : )
Hope your feeling better.
Love Claudie

ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! Now you are a empty nester!. He is so handsome in his uniform. I know how proud you must be... Even though our kids are all grown up and move out, we still worry about them. I think it just a Mom thing.. after all they will always be our babies...
