Well I have started a cork wreath--but we need more corks! We haven't always been good at remembering to save the corks. Plus some corks on the bottles are not cork! Anyways, I like the way it is going. I guess I should have wrapped the wreath first with something brown----but in person it is not noticeable---for some reason the flash or the picture shows the flaws a bit more. I left space for a big ribbon for hanging it, but alas I have no ribbons since we have been de-cluttering for a move! SOOOOOOOOO you see a bit of bare twine wrapped in a space.
This is beautiful, I have often thought about making one. If I did I was thinking about asking my favorite restaurant to save their corks, do you know anyone that works at a restaurant? Maybe a friend with a drinking problem LOL

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for trying to go to Eddie's. Sorry your controls wouldn't let you access his blog. I think it has some adware on there or possibly a counter to count numbers of folks. I got on there fine, but maybe my virus control isn't as sensitive. Though I do get that pop-up from some of the other blogs. Not sure why you couldn't access it.
