The above was my childhood monkey who now resides at my brothers home in CA. I think the socks were made a bit differently back then with more white for the head area. Plus the red for the mouth was a different shape too.
What is this?????

I love sock monkeys and I agree- the vintage socks were different. The recipe looks really good and your Granddaughter is a doll!
