Rednesday Wednesday

It is rednesday and time to share your reds. Now that the Hot weather is here I have to have a supply of iced tea on hand. I love this smaller container (1/2 gallon) because the tea stays fresher than when I have a huge one. I am the main drinker!

OOOPs, an asperin bottle is showing! I am just getting over a cold .

Ok , one of you Rednesday gals showed this number last week and I DID find it at my Walmart ( in the 4th of July section!) The thing I liked about it, other than making my laundry much happier! is that it was NOT MADE IN CHINA!! Nope.....it was made in Israel--surprise, surprise.

Have a great Rednesday! Go here to see other participants: http://www.suelovescherries.blogspot.com/

  2. I missed Rednesday last week, so this is the first time I'm seeing the red laundry basket!!! Must go to Walmart now! And I can't tell you how much I love that it's not made in China. Love your iced tea container. I also keep a pitcher of it ready, just for me!
    Happy REDnesday!

  6. Great pitcher. I do the same with iced tea, and my friend has the very same pitcher. :-)
Made in Israel is unusual, but I like that a lot. We need to support Israel.

  7. I love the small tea pitcher since I am the only one who drinks unsweet tea, it would be perfect for me. And I can't believe you actually found something NOT made in China. Good deal.

  14. What a cute pitcher. Love ice tea and it's nice not to have too large a pitcher so that it stays fresh longer. I am also happy to learn that there are actually products NOT made in China. That is so hard to find these days!

  16. I made iced tea yesterday for the first time in a long time. I just made about three glasses for myself - looks so puny and pathetic in my big pitcher. I'd love to find a small one, yours is so darling.

I'm with you, I don't want to buy anything from China after all the toxic stuff they've been caught putting in some of their merchandise, etc. YIKES!

That basket would make me smile while doing the dreaded laundry! (every chore should be accompanied by a sock monkey too!)

    Happy Rednesday,
    Sally

  18. Love that red basket -- and I need some new laundry totes! Walmart it is.
And -- where did you get that nice 1/2 gallon pitcher? I like to have iced tea in the fridge, too, and that pitcher is perfect. It looks as if it will fit nicely on the fridge door.
    Lovely reds!

  19. I saw those baskets at Wal-Mart too....just couldn't figure out what to do with them! :) I love that vintage pitcher, things were so much smaller and compact back then....but the fridges were tiny too! :)

  20. Hi There

Thanks so much for visiting last Saturday. Ohh no you won't find me wearing the hat or any hat - I have a huge head and look terrible in hats.

Love the vintage looking ice tea container.

I love the fact that the basket is made in Israel. I might just have to go find one for me. Thanks for the head's up!

If you come to St. Augustine, bring the gang, and they can meet my gang! We'll have a monkey party!!!
